We are located just across from Carrabbas Italian Grill Restaurant,  which is next door to Sunken Gardens. A safty crosswalk is located in front of the hotel for easy access.  After dinner, take a walk in the park located behind the motel. We are only minutes from all the action in Downtown St. Petersburg.

Hidden away off of 4th Avenue business district is a quaint subdivision in Old Northeast St. Petersburg. Locals know this once sleepy area as prime real estate where famous architects designed historic homes hidden under the live oak trees.

 

Much of Old Northeast was been updated and built up within the last few years. New businesses are popping up everyday.  Most of the homes are situated along  red brick road s with ample use of 20's influences. You will notice special octagon "pavers" used to build some of the older side walks, spanish moss hanging from the mature trees, and an assortment of proud home owners flying college and neighborhood flags.
